Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in courses, training, or skill programs offered by Smart Gyan Training Institute ("SGTI"). Smart Gyan Training Institute is an online education provider offering its courses in an online format. By enrolling in any course, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course at Smart Gyan Training Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment in Smart Gyan Training Institute online courses requires the completion of registration forms and payment of applicable fees.
Smart Gyan Training Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if eligibility criteria are not met or if payment is not received.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Job Assistance

Smart Gyan Training Institute provides job assistance to students upon successful completion of their courses. However, job placement is not guaranteed.
Job assistance may include resume building, interview preparation, and job leads.
Smart Gyan Training Institute is an educational institution and does not provide job guarantees or job placement services.
If a student is unable to secure employment after completing the course, Smart Gyan Training Institute is not liable as it is an educational institute, not a job provider.

4. No Liability

Smart Gyan Training Institute, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by a student arising from the inability to secure employment, whether directly or indirectly related to the services provided by the institute.

5. Payment

Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start of classes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Smart Gyan Training Institute.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of enrollment or withholding of course certificates. Legal action may also be initiated for non-payment.

6. No Course Cancellation

Once enrolled, cancellation of courses is not permitted.
Fees paid for courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it constitutes acceptance of this non-refundable policy, regardless of whether the course is commenced or completed. This policy applies to all participants and overrides any verbal agreements or understandings.

7. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees

All registration or application fees paid to Smart Gyan Training Institute for any course, training, or skill program are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
We maintain a clear and strict "No Refund Policy".

Our Commitment to Your Future

At Smart Gyan, we are dedicated to preparing learners for real-world careers with experienced mentors, effective management, and modern training tools. Since the registration fee solely covers administrative and onboarding processes, it is considered non-refundable.

8. Right to Dismiss Learners

Smart Gyan Training Institute reserves the right to remove or disqualify any learner from the course due to misconduct, insufficient participation, poor performance, or non-payment of fees as per its internal policies.

9. Legal Action for Non-Payment

In case of non-payment, Smart Gyan Training Institute reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against the student and/or their guardian under applicable laws, including but not limited to the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

10. Responsibility to Understand Terms

Any claim by learners or parents/guardians stating that they were not properly informed about the course or terms by our staff, center, or support team will not be considered valid.
It is the sole responsibility of the learner and their guardian to read and understand all terms and conditions before making any payment.
No claims for refund or special discount will be accepted after registration.

11. Concerns Related to Learning Quality

If a learner is dissatisfied with the quality or delivery of content, they are encouraged to raise their concern with the management.
Smart Gyan Training Institute is committed to resolving such issues promptly and effectively to ensure the best learning experience for all students.

12. General Disclaimer

Smart Gyan Training Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students, and the updated version will be applicable immediately.
