SmartGyan Training Institute (SGTI) is an online and offline training platform providing skill development & professional certification courses.

Every enrolled student receives:

• Live interactive classes
• Mentor support
• Study materials
• Assignments & doubt sessions

Refund will NOT be issued for reasons like:

• Not attending classes after enrollment
• Change of mind or lack of interest
• Parents not agreeing or misunderstanding
• Technical issues (mobile, laptop, internet)
• Personal or medical issues

This is because learning materials and digital access are provided immediately after enrollment.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

• Course fees
• Registration fees
• Study material charges
• Service & administrative charges

Why Refund is Not Provided?

• Digital access is activated instantly
• Study materials are delivered immediately
• Faculty & resource allocation begins instantly

3. Non-Transferable Fees

• Fees cannot be transferred to another course
• Fees cannot be transferred to another student
• Switching batches is NOT eligible for refund

4. No Refund if Student Cancels Admission

Refund is NOT applicable even if the student cancels admission due to any reason:

• Personal issues
• Financial problems
• Lack of interest
• Not liking the course after joining

5. Job Assistance Disclaimer

We offer job assistance including:

• Resume preparation
• Interview support
• Job opening notifications

Note: Job assistance does NOT guarantee a job, placement, or interview.

6. Right to Remove Non-Compliant Students

SGTI may remove a student from the course due to:

• Misbehavior or misconduct
• Repeated absence
• Lack of participation
• Non-payment of fees

No refund will be issued in these cases.

7. Legal Enforceability

• This refund policy is legally binding.
• False complaints, threats, or forced refund attempts may result in legal action.
• Enrolling means you fully agree to this policy.

8. Student Responsibility

• Students must read this policy before payment.
• Not reading the policy is NOT an excuse for refund.
• Once course access is given, fees cannot be returned.
